Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her an undergraduate degree in Communications and Theater. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles, she became engaged in theater and started acting as well as choreographing over 2 dozen plays and musicals like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title parts in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land television as well as film roles, while she studied improvisation through The Groundlings. She also was a part of Theatre West. The combination of her unique voice, and small size made it possible for Kelly to develop an array of vibrant characters. She has worked with Naomi Watts in The Ring 2 as the evil Samara, but she is more well-known as the bright and bubbly receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly worked as an TV Land series regular from 2011-2015, playing a paralegal in the daytime and the nightclub host. Additionally, she played Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She has lent her singing voice to a variety of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been in the role of the slow but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's hit comedy Superstore. Together with her husband and two children, she leads an unhurried lifestyle.
